Charles Fishof is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of Broadway Equities. Active in the real estate industry since 2003, working for real estate investor David Werner, Mr. Fishof has been directly involved in the execution of over $20 Billion in real estate transactions, as well as $50 million in equity placements. His industry experience includes market research, investment analysis, sourcing and negotiating transactions, asset management, sales, raising debt and equity financing from both institutional capital and private investors.
Mr. Fishof specializes in strategic acquisitions, acquiring properties with potential for immediate double digit, cash-on-cash returns. He has established long-term relationships with principals and brokers, as well as lenders and equity partners, and is known for his creative and flexible financial structuring. Mr. Fishof has the ability to seek out and acquire cash-flowing, stabilized properties, which offer a solid return to investors.
From 2003 to 2009, Mr. Fishof started his career in real estate working directly under David Werner of David Werner Real Estate Investments and alongside JFR Global Investments and their partners. Mr. Fishof then worked as Senior Vice President for the Carlton Group and at Deerwood Real Estate Capital responsible for Debt and Equity placements and overall investment capitalization. Most recently, prior to founding Broadway Equities, Mr. Fishof served as Vice President of Zamir Equities, where his primary role was Asset Management and Director of Acquisitions.
